Tak hanya menunjukkan rasa ketidak sukaannya, Deddy juga menyertakan alasan kenapa ia tidak menyukai Sandiaga.
Menurutnya Sandiaga hanya modal ganteng saja dan tidak bisa memimpin Jakarta.
"Sandiaga tuh orangnya gak becus, gak bisa mimpin, menang ganteng doang, tapi nggak bisa ngapa-ngapain. Nggak bisa ngapa-ngapain," tegasnya.
Ia juga mengatakan kalau dirinya disuruh memilih, ayah satu anak itu tentu tidak akan memilih Sandiaga.
"Kalau gua suruh milih, gua gak akan milih dia. Kalau gua jadi presiden, orang-orang seperti itu keluar dari Indonesia, gak butuh orang-orang seperti itu, gak butuh sama sekali, No!!" katanya.
Kemudian tiba-tiba Sandiaga muncul ke dekatnya dan raut wajah Deddy langsung berubah jadi seolah teman dekat.
"Hey bro! Apa kabar bro?," tanyanya sambil menjabat erat tangan Sandiaga.
"Lu baru dateng?," tanyanya lagi.
"Ini kuping gua agak gimana gitu," kata Sandiaga seolah mendengar apa yang dikatakan Deddy.
Deddy pun menjawab apa yang dirasakan oleh Sandiaga tersebut.
